

On Wednesday, police identified the suspect as 18-year-old Julio Caesar Rivera II. Police said he still had the gun in his possession. The suspected shooter ran away and was caught by police, who arrived minutes later, at the nearby movie theater. When she refused, he shot her in the face around 8:45 p.m., police said. The woman had just left the store and was getting into her car when a man approached her and demanded her vehicle.
